It's the one thing most people who've been hurt in a car accident hate to do.

Really.

They'd rather walk over hot coals or gargle razor blades.

Why?

Because it takes alot of work.

Concentration, focus, commitment....

The types of activies ( if you can call them that) which most people avoid like the plague.

What am I talking about?

Learning

Most people simply want you to take care of everything for them.

Why?

So they don't have to think.

But here's the problem.

ICBC injury claims don't work that way.

You see, getting fairly compensated for your injuries requires your participation.

Yes, that's right.

That are a bunch of things that YOU and only YOU  are capable of taking care of.

Let me repeat. Only YOU can take care of.

And if YOU drop the ball...

Here's the thing that very few personal injury lawyers will tell you.

Your relationship with your lawyer is a partnership.

YOU have specific responsibilities and your lawyer has specific responsibilities.

And part of your lawyers job is to explain to YOU what your responsibilites consist of.

But here's the thing.

YOU NEED TO BE WILLING TO LEARN

Think, question, consider....

Without your active participation fair compensation is very tough to achieve.
