What is your whiplash injury case about?

Is it about all the pain you've suffered? If so, you're in big trouble.

You see a whiplash injury is usually something a person can't SEE.

And pain is an internal experience. It's something some one else can't FEEL.

Here's the thing, a case which is based on your pain and suffering isn't a strong case.

You see, in order to get fairly compensated your case has to be ABOUT something.

It needs to be about what you used to do at work but are having problems doing following your accident.

In needs to be about the sports or hobbies you enjoyed prior to the accident but can't seem to get back into following your car accident.

In needs to be about the things you used to do around the house and with your kids before your accident but can't seem to handle anymore following your crash.

And that's just a taste.

The bottomline is your whiplash case needs to be ABOUT things others ( ICBC adjusters, judges and juries) can relate to, appreciate and experience.

You see if your whiplash case isn't ABOUT something it's hard for another person to appreciate and relate to your situation.
