Why don't we cut to the chase.

There really is only one question that any lawyer who's going to handle your ICBC injury claim should be asking.

And it's a really simple one: What Can I do to Help You ?

Because, when you think about it, that's really what it amounts to.

I know what you're thinking. That's too simple a question. Too vague. A bit of a platitude.

Well, I disagree.

You see, after years of representing people who've been hurt in car accidents I've come to understand that everyone come to see me with one central concern. And most of them don't even know it themselves.

Some people are simply sick and tired of dealing with ICBC.

Certain folks are choked that ICBC won't pay for any more physiotherapy, massage or chiropractic treatment.

Yet a further group have found out that the hard way that there's a lot  more to getting a fair settlement than good old fashioned haggling.

Others have had the experience of unsuccessfully attempting to navigate a case involving an issue of responsibility/liability without the know how to properly investigate and put forward their case.

And on and on it goes.

But the crux of each and every ICBC injury claim, from the injured persons perspective is same.

You see everyone who's hurt in car accident has a specific itch that needs scratching. One key problem that keeps them up at night staring at the ceiling.

And once we've identified and isolated that key problem... We'll then we can start putting together a game plan to get it dealt with.
