What Does Your Gut Tell You ?
What's it going to be? Your head or your gut ?
Which are you going to trust ?
Me, the long I live the more I rely on my gut.
What about you ?
And how does this apply to your ICBC injury claim ?
Well, I've seen a few people recently who've been dealing with ICBC directly for a number of months.
And they came to see me because, "things just don't feel right".
The ICBC adjuster who was handling their injury claim was taking weeks to return their calls. And when they did speak to their ICBC adjuster the conversation was all about what ICBC couldn't do to help them and how ICBC's policies didn't permit the adjuster to do certain things.
But despite all of the signals they were picking up, these same people didn't want to "upset" or potential "offend" their adjuster by hiring a lawyer.
It was fascinating to watch. You could see these people being pulled in one direct by their gut and another by their brain.
" I guess my adjuster is just doing her job. I don't want to get her in trouble".
" With all the people trying to scam the system, I can't blame my adjuster for holding the line on expenses."
" When I went into ICBC the first time she seemed really nice. I guess she's under alot of pressure."
On and on it goes. The gut telling you one thing while your brain works overtime to pull in the opposite direction.
Which are you going to rely on ?
