                                                                All By Yourself ??

Let's just say that you were going to a Canucks game with a couple friends. You were in the front seat of your buddies car and stopped at a red light. And the next thing you know it feels like you've been punched from behind. The old rearender strikes again.

You hurt your neck in the accident. But your pal and his girlfriend ( who was in the back seat) were fine.

When you went down to ICBC the adjuster made it clear that he wasn't buying your story. " How could it be ?", he asked.

And as if that wasn't enough the ICBC adjuster went on to add, " your buddy and his gal were in the same car- but you were the only one who got hurt - very interesting !".

Alright, that's enough. Just because a group of people are involved in the same car accident dosen't mean they're all going to be injured. Or, to take it a step further, to have suffered the same injuries.

People are like snow flakes. They're all different.

Your height. Your weight. The position of your body. Your muscle structure.  These are merely a few of the factors that can determine why certain people are injured in a Vancouver car accident while others aren't.

So there yah go. The myth has been put to rest.
