Tracy Morgan - The Truck was Speeding
Comments (0)
Tracy Morgan's accident was a bad one.
He was in a limo which was hit by a tractor trailer unit and suffered serious injury.
Some might say: " Accidents accidents happen. That poor truck driver. He was just doing his job."
But the investigation into Morgan's accident is bring out some truely frightening information.
Information that shines a light on some of the key issues that need to be examined in any truck accident.
The first issue is one of driver fatigue. Reports appear to indicate that the trucker involved in Morgan's accident hadn't slept for 24 hours.
The second issue is one of speed. Often truck drivers are on a tight schedule and in a hurry. The data appears to indicate that the truck which hit Morgan's limo was doing 105kph in a 72kph zone.
So what's the moral of my story?
Truck accidents need to be carefully investigated.
You need to ask the right questions in order to drill down on the question of who's responsible for your truck accident.
