See your family doctor regularly following your car.

And it's all good?

You'll need to do more than that:

1.  Let your doctor know how your injuries are affecting your ability to work  - Your doctor needs to know about this type of thing in "real time". Otherwise, his/her ability to advise you about whether/not your should be working is impacted. Likely to your detriment.

2.  Take all the medications you're prescribed - Don't put yourself in a position where you have to admit that you didn't follow your doctors advice.

3.  Don't Stop medical treatment too soon - ICBC and judges often come to the conclusion that if a person has stopped medical treatment they must be healed.

4.  Follow your doctor's recommendations regarding treatment for anxiety or depression - Psychological problems are often a touchy subject. But just like any other injury, if your problems aren't disclosed to your doctor and treated, you'll have a hard time getting compensated for them.
