PTSD following a car accident - Germany study provides hope

Post-traumatic stress disorder ( PTSD) following a pedestrian accident can seriously impact your quality of life.
And one of the worst symptoms of PTSD are the nightmares.
But help may be on the way.
Researchers at Germany's Goethe University in Frankfurt have developed a way for sleeps to control their dreams.
A research team, led by Dr. Ursula Voss, found that by applying an electric current to sleepers brains they were able to recognize that they were dreaming. And as a result were able to influence what happened in their dreams ( of course it's alot more complicated - but that's the gist of it).

Not quite yet.
But it's fair to say that this research should be cause for optimism amongst those who're suffering from PTSD after being hit by a car.
So, if you're suffering from PTSD, I'd suggest you keep any eye on Dr. Voss' research. It may make a world of difference to your quality of life at some point in the future.
