It's no secret.

You heard me right.

There are no secrets concerning how the Insurance Corporation of British Columbia aka ICBC operates.

Seriously, it's all out in the open. Exposed for all who've been injured in motor vehicle accidents to see.

You see, ICBC operates just like any other company.

ICBC takes in money from people who buy auto insurance. Lets call that money ICBC's REVENUE.

And ICBC pays out money to people who make claims. Lets call that money ICBC's  EXPENSES.

I don't care what company you are looking at ; ICBC, IBM etc. It doesn't matter.

The difference between a company's REVENUE and their EXPENSES results in either a profit or a loss.

It's really that simple.

And guess what. Companies that are successful strive to make a profit as opposed to suffering a loss.

There's nothing unusual here. Nothing out of the ordinary. It's all in plain view for every citizen of B.C. who has been in a car accident to see.

So, when someone tells you that they've undercovered ICBC's secret agenda have them give me a call.
