How much power do you really have? - Your Vancouver injury claim
" How much power do you I really have when it comes to fighting ICBC?"
And in fact it's a question that I think anyone who's hurt in a car accident should ask.
You see, most people in B.C. grow up thinking that they're " the little guy".
They're taught from a very young age to believe that they're powerless.
That they merely are a victim of circumstance.
So when most people in B.C. get injured in a car accident they simply "roll over".
And that's the exact wrong attitude to take.
You've got plenty of power!I
In B.C. any person who gets injured in a car accident has the opportunity to go toe to toe with ICBC in a court of law ( if that's what it takes).
Am I saying that taking on ICBC is easy?
But don't for a second think that you're powerless!
In fact, compared to people who've been injured in other Canadian provinces ( and a bunch of US states) you're much better off when it comes to being able to advance a claim for compensation.
So, don't just pack it in.
Don't be intimidated.
In British Columbia if you've been injured in a car accident which was someone else's fault you've got plenty of power!
But you've got to have the right attitude.
