Is it possible that anything good could come out of sixteen year old Amarpreet Silva's death?

If so, it'll be the installation of a crosswalk at 128th Street and 69A Ave. in Surrey where Amarpreet was hit by a motorcycle while crossing the street.

Hats off to the City of Surrey for taking action towards ensuring that no other students attending Princess Margaret Secondary meet the same horrible death that Amarpreet suffered.

At present, according to an article written by Tiffany Crawford in the Nov 6/13 Vancouver Sun, the City of Surrey and the school are attempting to determine what type of crosswalk will best serve everyone's needs.
